契約理由
場所はもともと南青山で、引っ越しても表参道か外苑前あたりがいいかなと考えていて、そのエリアでちょうど良い立地でした。決め手は、見学にいった時に雰囲気がマッチしたこと、さらに価格帯でマッチしたことでした。
移転理由
オフィスを縮小移転するため。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
これは入ってからわかったのですが、下の階にコンビニが合って便利です。あとは赤坂図書館はよく通っているのですが、近くなって良かったです。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
24時間出入りもできて、もともと企業に勤務してた頃と勝手はほとんど一緒なので、感覚を元に戻せた感じがします。悪い点としては、MTGルームがオープンスペースでなくて、クローズドの環境にあればなと思います。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
内覧時に調整していただき、スムーズな調整でした。メールでスケジュールが送られてきて、その通りに動けばいいだけだったので、余計なエネルギーは使わずにすみました。悪い点はありません。
入居前のオフィスについて
一般賃貸を利用していましたが、今回はシェアオフィスを選びました。とにかく一回身軽にしたいし、考えることややることを減らしたいと思って、それをするにはシェアオフィスが良かったです。トイレ掃除、ゴミ捨ても毎日２回もやらないで済むだけ気分は追いたてられなくなりました。
