契約理由
通勤経路の駅近くで、とても綺麗な環境であること。共用設備(パソコンモニター、Wifi環境、文具、コピー機等)が整っている事です。平日仕事帰りに深夜まで、および土日休日の利用であるため、いずれの時間帯もとても空いていて室内は静かであり、使い勝手が良いです。フリー席は安いとは言えませんが個人利用でもなんとかなる価格であることです。また現在使用出来ないのは残念ですがフリードリンクや有料軽食があるのも良いと思いました。食事が自由に出来るところも仕事帰りに使うにはとても良いと思いました。
移転理由
論文作成のためにオフィス入居し、自習室、書斎として使用しています。職場は残業厳禁であり、また自宅は小学生の子供もいて、なかなか集中する事は難しいためです。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
駅近くなので、多少の悪天候でも気軽に使用することが出来ます。コンビニや気軽に食事出来るお店が近くにあるのは、仕事帰りに使用するにはとても良いです。文具店や100円ショップなどが近くにあればもっと便利かと思います。大通りに面しているので、深夜に爆音でバイクが頻繁に通るのは頂けないですね。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
セキュリティ面が良い。トイレはとても綺麗ですが、ペーパータオルが頻繁に無い場合が多いのは残念です。フリー席にモニターが設置されている点も良いですが、パソコン機種により使えない機能(ワイド表示等)もあるので、別のタイプのモニターも設置していただけると助かります。照明の角度調節が出来るとありがたいですね。電子レンジは是非設置して頂きたいと思います。デスクライトも貸し出ししていただければ嬉しいです。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
普通に対応してもらいました。一通り説明していただきましたが、説明が足りなかった点としては、モニターの設定方法、Wifi設備の使用方法や深夜退出口の説明がなかった点、また他店における短時間レンタルの紹介もあれば良かったと思います。
