契約理由
先ず、渋谷を検討しました。やはり予算が合わず近隣で探しました。原宿をすすめられ、原宿を見学。交通の利便性、駅近、オフィス周辺の雰囲気、予算、値頃感が良いと思い契約しました。担当者の新田さんそして森さんの対応もスピーディーで分かりやすく好感を持てました。プランも期間、料金、内容と、私の希望に合う内容だったので契約しました。共有スペースが若干手狭かと思いましたが、それ以外は気になるところは無くまた、比較的混み合っていない事が良いなと思いました。
移転理由
法人設立のため新しくオフィスを必要とした。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
駅近でアクセスの利便性が良い。原宿という立地でファッション関係ショップが多く当社の事業である福祉はイメージし難い。リージャスの中でも穴場のオフィスで混み合っていなくて良い。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
ミーティングルームの予約が当日なのが、前もっての会議スケジュールを組みにくいので改善してほしい。原宿はワークスペースが狭いので、もう少し広いと有難い。セキュリティーは特段問題は無い。コピー料金を下げて貰えると有難い。高く感じる。ドリンクのメニューに炭酸ジュースなど、幅を広げて欲しい。おやつの種類を増やして欲しい。簡単な軽食自動販売機があれば、外に買い出しに出掛けなくてすむので、あると便利。カップ麺などは需要があると思う。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
渋谷、新田さんが担当でした。先ずはニーズのヒアリング、そして施設の提案、決定と流れが良く慣れていると感じました。その後は電話とメールでの対応でしたが、レスポンスも良く、スムーズに契約までいきました。ただ、細かい部分での質問には回答に時間・別の担当者から連絡を頂いた事もあり、出来れば全て対応頂けると更にスムースな契約になったかと思います。

今回が法人新設です。期間そして予算てきな理由から、シェアオフィスを選びました。
