契約理由
部屋の雰囲気が全面ガラス貼りで明るくて良い。共有スペースとの切り分けがきちんとされており、セキュリティが良い。新築ビルのため気分が良い。ビルが免震機構のため安全である。内装の品質は良い。定価は高いが、賃料は予算内に入った。
移転理由
旧オフィスの取り壊しのため
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
駅から近くて良い。コンビニなども近くにあるが、お店の平均価格が高くなった。郵便局、銀行支店が近くにない。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
オートロックのため不便、鍵忘れると大変面倒になる。9階と階数が上のためビルから出るのに時間がかかる。宅急便、郵便などが受付を介するため面倒。大きい荷物の送付受け取りができない。棚などを自室に入れるのに制約がある。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
入居前のオフィスについて
自前のビルを使っていた。シェアオフィスを選んだのは、入居、退去時にコストがかからないく良いため。机など付いているまた、内装などもコストがかからず低価格入居できた。
