契約理由

新築で専用用途に計画された建物であったこと。価格・内装・プラン・立地・応対品質のよさ。駐車場からのフラットな動線で、車椅子使用者単独でも４Fまで問題なく上がることが出来る点。運営会社様が、不動産、マンション管理を長くやられている実績のあるコスモスイニシアだったため。

移転理由

オフィスを縮小移転するため。

周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点

駅近で利便性がよい反面、周辺がオフィス街ではなく、飲食店などの多い歓楽街であり、夜間は騒音などの点で劣る。

共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点

概ね満足レベルは高いのですが、トイレの配置の関係で、上下階移動が生じることが不便でもあり、セキュリティ上開錠回数が増えるので好ましくないと思います。すれ違いざまにカードタッチ無しで部外者侵入の可能性があること。また、セキュリティカードタッチ時の電子音が、長すぎて人によっては気になる方もいるかもしれません。
メンバー（会員）のみとはいえ、不特定多数の方が出入りするため、不審者に対するガードについてや避難できる経路の説明をお願いしたい。可能ならば非常時を想定した訓練を実施してもらえるとありがたいです。

内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点

コスモスイニシアの担当者様ということで、十分なトレーニングを受けたと思われる微に入り細にいった不満のない説明、案内をして頂けました。

入居前のオフィスについて

一般賃貸を使っていました。過去にもシェアオフィスに入った経験がありましたが、古ビルを内装だけ改装したもので、使い勝手もよくなく、価格もそれほど安くありませんでしたが、今回のこちらは、専用設計のほぼ新築の物件で、駅至近、駐車場からのフラットな動線で、バリアフリーも配慮されていることも決め手の一つでした。

契約理由

今回契約した施設につきましては、内覧時の丁寧なご対応や新築ということもあり、内装の綺麗さ、豊富なプラン内容にとても気に入り契約を決定いたしました。また、立地につきましても申し分なく、今後長期的にサテライトオフィスとして利用させていただきます。

移転理由

法人設立のため新しくオフィスを必要とし、オフィスを拡張移転するため。一般的な賃貸オフィスはリスク管理が困難になるため、検討しませんでした。

周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点

駅から徒歩５分もかからず、近くにコンビニエンスストアもあるため、大変充実していると感じます。周辺で道路工事が盛んに行われている点が唯一の懸念点ですが、致し方ないことだと感じます。

共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点

玄関先のオートロックや警備会社の設備、無人電話対応サービスなど、とても充実していると感じます。プライベートルームや会議室等にもロック機能があり、ロッカー設備が充実していることにも大変満足しております。

設備紹介のみならず、こちらの質問等内容に対しても親身かつスムーズにご対応いただき、とても満足しております。
