個室の他に待合スペースがあります。個室内には高品質な家具と大きな窓があり、水・コーヒーなどのアメニティも利用できます。賃料に光熱費が含まれています。私は日本語が上手ではありませんが、サポートスタッフがとても親切で、辛抱強くサポートしてくれました。

移転理由

法人設立のために新しいオフィスが必要だった。

周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点

オフィスは駅から近いです。ただし駐輪場はありません。

共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点

待合スペースがキレイでおしゃれ！無料のアメニティがあります。事務所は24時間対応で良かったです。ただし、トイレと給湯室が遠く、行くのが面倒な距離です。テナント用駐輪場はありません。

内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点

担当の方は英語を話せませんでしたが、とても親切に対応してくれました。悪い点はありません。

入居前のオフィスについて

これまで自宅で仕事をしていました。手頃な賃料のシェアオフィスを探していました。
