契約理由
当初問い合わせた部屋は契約出来なかったので、結果的には系列の近隣の物件への入居となった。今回、許可制の事業を申請する予定があったこと。その点、許可を取得する要件は満たしていたこと、価格を問い合わせした物件に合わせて貰ったこと。
移転理由
法人設立のため新しくオフィスを必要としたため。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
良い点としては、駅からの近さ。結果的に外出する際の利便性は当初の物件よりも向上した。銀行や役所などへのアクセスも良い。悪い点は、本来であれば自宅からの距離が遠くなったこと。いずれにしても徒歩1、2分の内容なので良しとしたい。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
悪い点は、プリンタの設定が業者に問い合わせてもなかなか解決しなかったこと。今でも完全な状態では無いので、場合によってはコンビニまで行ってプリントアウトする不便さ。良い点としては24時間稼働しているので、柔軟な体制が確保できること。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
会うまでには時間がかかったが、会ってからのレスポンスや質問への対応はわかりやすかった。ただ、入居後、郵便受けの開け方などわからないことを毎回フォームで確認する必要があったりしたのはもう少しマニュアルなりを整理して欲しい。
入居前のオフィスについて
オフィスを借りたのは初めてです。一般賃貸オフィスも検討しましたが、広いスペース自体は必要無いが個室は必要だったこと・コストは出来るだけ抑えるにこしたことはないこと・会議室などたまにしか利用しない部分を常に確保しておく無駄なコストの排除・ネット環境やプリンタなどのインフラの整備や管理を一からするのは面倒なことなどの理由から、シェアオフィスを選びました。
