契約理由
個室を探していたが、個室のつくりが比較的しっかりとしていて、必要とする広さが確保できていた中で、キャンペーンにより初期費用と毎月の経費が最も抑えられていたこと。立地的に希望していたいくつかの候補の駅のひとつで、駅からの距離が理想的だったこと。有人受付で不安要素が少なかったこと。
移転理由
これまでのオフィスが契約満了で退出の必要があったため。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
最寄り駅直結で降雨でも傘なしで問題なく、昼食の場所も多くあるため困らず、通勤時間的にも十分許容範囲。営業拠点としても電車移動の便が非常に良い。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
施設的には清潔感があり、通路も広いため圧迫感がなく過ごしやすい。ミーティングルームの使用に割引制度もあり便利。ビルの構造的な問題なのか声が非常に響くので、上部が空いた個室のため外部の声が気になる場合があること、23時以降と日曜日はビルが閉館のため利用できないので、緊急の場合などに事務所に入れないことを想定する必要がある。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
大変丁寧に説明していただいた。資料もわかりやすく、無駄な資料もなく、見積りも早く出してもらえたので他社との比較がスムーズでイメージが良かった。

契約理由
法人登記も考えているうえで、立地・アクセスが非常によかったこと、施設の設備も申し分がない中で、予算を踏まえたうえで最適なプランをご提案いただけたことが大きな要因です。また、ご担当者様の対応も非常によく内覧のその日に納得できるプランを提示いただけたことも大きな要因です。
移転理由
法人設立のため新しくオフィスを必要とした。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
駅から近く雨にも濡れずにアクセスできることが良い、港区という立地が対外的にも信用力があり良い、オフィス街で朝夕は混むことが悪い。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
24時間利用ができコワーキングスペースでも作業ができることが良い、受付の方に来客対応してもらえることが良い、内装・設備にこだわっている点が良い、電話ブースやボックス席など多様な仕事環境が用意されていることが良い。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
質問に対して的確な回答をいただけたこと、こちらの希望する内容を踏まえたうえで最適なプランを提示いただけた点が良かったです。
入居前のオフィスについて
オフィスはなかった（自宅などで仕事をしていた）。費用が高いため、一般賃貸オフィスは検討せず、シェアオフィスのみ探していました。
かつては鉄道の玄関口として機能していた汐留エリア。現在は、都内でも屈指のオフィスエリアとなっています。「浜離宮恩賜庭園」などの自然環境は、街のオアシスとなっています。
2000年代に誕生した「汐留シオサイト」は新たなランドマークとなりました。イタリアの街なみをモチーフにした街づくりで、文化的な感性やクリエイティブなビジネスに刺激を与えてくれるでしょう。
また、汐留駅には都営地下鉄大江戸線が乗り入れているため、六本木や新宿といったビジネスエリアにも乗り換えなしでアクセスできます。また、ゆりかもめに乗って「東京ビックサイト」などのあるお台場や豊洲方面にもアプローチ可能です。
交通の利便性に優れ、オフィス街としても魅力ある汐留エリアでオフィスを構えてみてはいかがでしょうか。
